I'm an artist, medical sociologist, and spiritual herbalist. I've studied and collaborated with herbalists, healers, researchers, artists, and archivists to understand how Black spiritual and creative traditions create spaces for healing and transformation.
[antidote] offers workshops, botanicals, and crystals to support us in connecting our physical and emotional experiences as humans to natural processes in the world around us. When we understand plants and crystals as our ancestors, teachers, and companions, we have their guidance as we create interdependent community. We're on this journey together.
