Formulated with herbs to support our physical and emotional hearts, this sweet-tasting extraction can be taken alone or added to any beverage. We can learn to love ourselves and our changes just as we learn to love other people. Directions: Add two dropperfuls to any beverage, or take directly under the tongue, up to three times a day.
