Strongly supportive of our Solar Plexus chakra, Chamomile offers soothing relief from indigestion, anxiety, and muscle cramps. Engage this sweet glycerin extract for the calming energetic warmth of Chamomile flowers. Take two dropperfuls in any beverage or under your tongue, up to three times a day.
