The Moontime Glycerite is formulated with herbal companions to support you during your menstrual cycle. Take a few drops to help balance your mood, relieve cramping, and settle your stomach. Our connection to the moon is sacred, but the cycle of her influence can be physically and emotionally challenging for some of us. This combination of plants offer soothing, warming, comforting encouragement. 

Take a dropperful under your tongue or in a beverage, up to six times daily. Start use in the days leading up to menstruation and during your period.

Ingredients: Organic Cramp Bark, Raspberry Leaf, Ginger, Fennel, Chamomile, Cinnamon, and Rose extracted in organic vegetable glycerin and distilled water.
